Categories and Guidelines

Drumline (Section Solo's)

• Best Snare Section (30 seconds)

• Best Quints/Sixes Section (30 seconds)

• Best Tenor Section (30 seconds)

• Best Cymbal Section (30 seconds) Must consist of

Flashes, Twirls, & Freestyle Together.

Drumline Feature

Drumline’s will have 8-10 minutes for their feature,

and points will be deducted if you go over your time.

You will be judge on Synchronization, Timing,

Transitions, Creativity, Appearance via the Percussion League Judging Sheets (View Here)

Head 2 Head Round

•  1st round is two cadences per section

• 2nd round is one cadence per section (if 1 st round ends in tie)

Championship Round

3 Cadences per section 3 call-outs per sub-section

To qualify for Grand Champion, you must compete in all three categories!!!

TEAM INFORMATION: We will allow one head Band

Director and two asst. A week prior to the event, time slots will be emailed.

SPECTATOR INFORMATION

The drum line competition will start promptly at 3pm.

Doors will open at 10:30am.

Admission Information

General Admission:  $15 Pre-Sale (Until January 15th)

General Admission: $20 Day of event

Children 3 and Under: Free Admission.

Please Note: No outside food or drinks will be allowed in the event by any spectators.
